And then there’s “Cousin” Grasshopper, who is hardly a cousin at all; she’s a Grasshopper Mouse – still a rodent, but a different genus and species, and a very different lifestyle. She eats scorpions for preference, but will snack on other mice when they present themselves.
Though all of these mouse mice are out and about in the world, the menagerie holds many younger mice that may squeak to you.
